What is Meditation?
Healing Souls is introducing a brand-new service, Guided Meditation. After being asked numerous times about meditation, I decided it was time to get certified as a Meditation Teacher. Starting a more regular meditation practice has been incredibly beneficial to my own personal health and well-being and I am eager to share with everyone else.
Meditation is the practice if mindfulness and being present on the moment, helping to bring stability and calm. There are many benefits to meditation including:
- Alleviating stress,
- Bringing peace and calm to your mind
- Bringing focus into the present moment
- Creating clarity in one’s mind.
